Objective: identifying strategies used by health professionals working in Oncology to achieving job satisfaction, beyond the resources/actions that could mitigate the sources of dissatisfaction and improve the quality of care. Method: a qualitative and descriptive research conducted with 31 professionals of the health team who works in Inpatient Unit Oncology of a General Hospital located in the State of Santa Catarina. The data were collected through semi-structured interview and analyzed according to Content Analysis. Results: the main strategy of the professionals is conducting a work that assists the patient to coping with the difficulties imposed by the disease. Among the resources emerged the increase in staff, multidisciplinary approach, minimizing turnover and continuing education of workers. Conclusion: it highlights the importance of raising efforts towards incorporation of such resources/actions as a way to reducing the wear of the worker.
Objective: To learn the interpersonal relationships established by the multidisciplinary team in a Family Health Unit. Method: It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study in a basic health unit located in a large city in southern Rio Grande do Sul. Participants were seven professionals of the staff, whose data were collected through semi-structured interviews and then treated by thematic analysis. Results: Three themes emerged in which it was revealed the fragility of interpersonal relationships in the study unit. Thus, some strategic aspects were listed for the consolidation of healthy interpersonal relationships as the proposal of a dialogical work environment and availability of spaces for discussions and team meetings, reflecting the improvement of health care to the described population. Conclusion: This study evidences the relevance of giving emphasis on interpersonal relationships and subjectivities of professionals in the labor process.
Objective: The present study aims to propose a reflective rethink theories about nursing from the Theory of Professional Links. Method: This is a theoretical reflection that addresses the importance of theories, as a working tool, which formalize the actions of the nursing profession and as a social practice, which builds daily. Results: First, there is the context of the construction of nursing knowledge and subsequently the Theory of Professional Links as an important management tool working to develop and strengthen human relationships nursing teams, using a model flexible and adaptable to reality and creativity of nurses. Conclusion: It is believed that nursing can provide their professional identity and its body of knowledge, more broadly, including subsidies brought there by the Theory of Professional Links relational issues that mark with a lot of intensity to do nursing.
Objective: recognizing the exercise of leadership of nurses in the Family Health Strategy, as well as the difficulties and strategies adopted by nurses to lead. Method: This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study conducted with 12 nurses from the Family Health Strategy of Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul. The informations were obtained through semi-structured interviews, which were analyzed through Thematic Analysis. Results: It was evident that the nurse as leader is seen as an example to be followed, responsible for contributing to the motivation of the team. Conclusion: Among the difficulties highlighted the lack of support by the municipal management, lack of professional profile, interpersonal conflict, workload and need for a healthy work environment. Among the strategies there was exposed teamwork, dialogue and listening interprofessional respect, which help to strengthen the leadership of nurses in this care model.
Objetivo: Analizar la formación en enfermería en las Escuelas Técnicas del Sistema Único de Salud de la Región Nordeste. Método: Investigación documental, con abordaje cualitativo, que tuvo como locus Escuelas Técnicas del Sistema Único de Salud de la Región Nordeste que ofrecen el curso técnico en enfermería. Constituyeron fuentes de datos los Proyectos Políticos Pedagógicos de la escuela y los Planes de Estudios de los mencionados cursos, y como instrumentos se utilizaron tres guiones estructurados acerca de los aspectos pedagógicos de la formación. La sistematización/análisis de los datos se basó en el análisis de contenido en la modalidad temática. Resultados: La formación técnica en enfermería ocurre mediante el abordaje integrativo, considerado una tendencia pedagógica; abordaje problematizador, utilizado como ruta metodológica para la enseñanza-aprendizaje; y evaluación calificativa, potenciadora del alcance de las competencias profesionales. Conclusión: La formación destacada señala el compromiso con el Sistema Único de Salud y la excelencia profesional, pues fortalece la integración entre enseñanza-servicio-comunidad, incentiva la proactividad del estudiante y señala el enseñar-aprender en las demandas de la población y el sistema público de salud y potencia la adquisición y el perfeccionamiento de las competencias profesionales. ; Objetivo: Analisar a formação em enfermagem nas Escolas Técnicas do Sistema Único de Saúde da Região Nordeste.
